Just when we were making our final arrangements to visit Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte this weekend, we heard the announcement about new travel restrictions. Under IATF Resolution 104, Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Bulacan are designated as an area where people are not allowed to leave or enter.
Next time only, Paoay Sand Dunes and other wonderful places in Ilocos.
